Human Resources Options LLC was started in January 2003 for the purpose of presenting educational opportunities to enhance the knowledge of all health care professionals as well as the community at large. The seminars are enhanced through lectures, discussions, handouts, powerpoint presentations, and videos. Experts in the area of selected topics are chosen to present classes with the most current trends and data in a classroom setting.

Carlette is the founder and president of Human Resource Options LLC. She has been a Registered Nurse for 39 years and has worked as a Nurse Manager, Assistant Director of Nursing, Interim Director of Nurses, Education Coordinator, and Nursing Home Administrator.
